Season meat with salt and pepper. Wash green beans, wrap with slices of bacon. Wash potatoes (skin-on), season with salt and sprinkle with olive oil. Put on a roasting pan and roast at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Place butter in a bowl, add chopped garlic, parsley leaves, salt, and pepper. Mix until you obtain paste. In a frying pan fry beans with bacon for 4 minutes. Fry meat for 3 minutes on each side. Serve fried steak with green beans and roasted potatoes. Place butter on top of the meat.
